Knowle’s Midsummer Celebrations Announced

A day of community spirit and fun.

Once again, Knowle businesses and community groups are gearing up for a vibrant celebration in the heart of the village. Mark your calendars for Knowle’s Midsummer Celebrations taking place on Saturday, June 15th from 10am to 4pm.

Following the resounding success of the Jubilee and Coronation events, Visit Knowle is thrilled to present another day of community spirit and togetherness. Residents and visitors can expect:

  • A bustling artisan market: Discover unique finds and support local traders as they showcase their wares.
  • Community groups showcase: Learn about the fantastic work local groups do and connect with your neighbours.
  • Family fun at Knowle Parish Church: The church grounds will be transformed into a hub of activities for all ages.
  • Live entertainment: Local singing and dancing groups will take centre stage adding a dose of pizzazz to the festivities.
  • Delicious street food: Building on last year’s success, a variety of irresistible street food vendors will be on hand to satisfy your appetite.

And of course, our regular shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants will all be open to welcome you through their doors.

Sue Thompson, Director of Visit Knowle, shared her enthusiasm: “Last year, there was an incredible energy in Knowle as the whole village came together. We’re truly looking forward to another day filled with fun, local delights, and a chance to celebrate the vibrant spirit of Knowle.”
